AUDIO TRANSCRIPT

1. Peggy
Peggy: I work as a nurse and these days I work during the night. So, I start work at midnight, and I finish work in the early morning. In the middle of the night, I sometimes get something to eat like a sandwich or a piece of fruit as I don’t want to eat a big meal at that time. When I get home, I sleep and usually wake up at lunchtime.
2. Toko
Toko: My life is crazy these days, I feel like I work all the time and sometimes I finish work at midnight. I am always busiest in the late afternoon and at dinnertime, I realize that I am still sitting at my desk. Sometimes I am lucky, and I have free time in the evening, so I like to go for a run or order takeout.
3. Sam
Sam: I am not a very good student because I wake up really late and usually get up at midday. In the early afternoon, I leave the house and catch the bus to the university. My classes last all afternoon then at dinnertime my friends and me go into town for a few drinks. Sometimes I start drinking in the evening and I get home in the middle of the night. I think I need to change my lifestyle.
