DIALOGUE 1
Sam: Hi Sophie, have you checked the schedule for next week?
Sophie: Yes, I did. There’s a training session on Tuesday morning at 9:00 a.m. It lasts about two hours.
Sam: Are you sure it’s Tuesday? I thought it was postponed to Wednesday.
Sophie: Let me double-check... No, it’s definitely Tuesday, in the conference room.
Sam: Great! What about the welcome meeting?
Sophie: That’s scheduled for Thursday afternoon at 3:00 p.m., near the lounge. It should last about an hour.
Sam: Perfect! I need to confirm those times with the team so we are ready when the guests arrive.
Sophie: Don’t forget to check the booking for the conference room, just in case.
Sam: Will do. Thanks, Sophie!
DIALOGUE 2
Sarah: Hi James, I’m reviewing the schedule for the client meeting next week.
James: Oh, yes. It’s on Friday at 10:00 a.m., isn’t it?
Sarah: Actually, I heard it’s been moved to 11:00 a.m. in the meeting room.
James: Let me take a look… Oh, you’re right! The time has changed. Let me update my calendar.
Sarah: Perfect. And it should last about an hour?
James: Yes, that’s correct. Please make sure to verify the room booking.
Sarah: I will. Fingers crossed, it’s an important meeting, we must sell that trip!
DIALOGUE 3
John: Morning, team. The guests arrive on Sunday at 10 a.m. in the hotel lobby.
May: Okay, great. Is the weekly city tour still at 11:30?
John: Actually, we needed to bring it forward to 11:00 a.m. We’ll meet in the lobby and the tour lasts about two hours.
May: Got it. And lunch?
John: Lunch is at 1 p.m. in the outdoor area near the pool.
May: Should we check for any special requests?
John: Yes, please confirm with reception before we leave.
DIALOGUE 4
Arthur: Okay. Let’s go over today’s reservations.
Ava: Sure, what time is the first booking?
Arthur: The first reservation is at 7 p.m. for a table of six, near the window. But we have another at 8 p.m. for four people, in the lounge area.
Ava: Should we check any special requests?
Arthur: Yes, please confirm any dietary needs when guests arrive.
Ava: Got it. Anything else?
Arthur: Just make sure all tables are ready 15 minutes before the booking time. And let’s try to make the guests feel welcome – it should be a moment of joy.
DIALOGUE 5
Mia: Let’s go over the schedule for today’s city tour.
Jack: When do the guests arrive at the meeting point?
Mia: They’re expected at 9:30 a.m. in front of the Tourist Information Center, as usual, but the walking tour starts at 10:00. It should take about two hours and go around town. How many will attend?
Jack: About 12 guests. Is the coffee break still at 11:00?
Mia: Actually, it has been adjusted to 11:30 because the lounge near the main square wasn't available at 11.
Jack: Anything else to prepare?
Mia: Just make sure the guide maps are ready, and that the group stays together. I’ll update you if plans change.
