AUDIO TRANSCRIPT

Sarah: Hi, John! You looked very busy yesterday. What were you doing all day?
John: Oh, hi Sarah! Yes, I was working on the marketing report most of the morning. It had to be sent to the manager before noon.
Sarah: That sounds stressful! While you were preparing the report, I was answering customer emails. There were so many!
John: I know what you mean. When I finished the report at 11:30, I saw you in the office. You were talking to a client on the phone, right?
Sarah: Yes, I was speaking with Mr. Brown from the logistics company. While we were discussing the delivery schedule, another client called me. It was a busy morning!
John: Definitely! After I sent the report, I was organizing the files for the sales team. They needed them for their afternoon meeting.
Sarah: Oh, I remember that meeting! While they were discussing the new sales strategy, I was preparing the draft for our social media campaign.
John: That campaign looks great! By the way, what were you doing in the late afternoon? I walked past your desk, and you were not there.
Sarah: Oh, I was meeting with the design team in the conference room. We were reviewing ideas for the website update.
John: That’s why you missed the coffee break! I was chatting with the IT team in the break room while we were waiting for the network to come back online.
Sarah: Oh no! The network was down again?
John: Yes, but only for 30 minutes. It came back just before I left for my presentation at 4 p.m.
Sarah: How did the presentation go?
John: It went well, thanks! While I was presenting, the manager asked some tough questions, but I was able to answer them.
Sarah: That’s great! After I finished with the design team, I was writing an email to the manager about the website budget. I think I sent it around 5 p.m.
John: Sounds like we both had a productive day!
Sarah: Definitely! Let’s hope today is a bit quieter.
