Students consider how rain affects city life before reading an article about a new urban initiative to make wet weather enjoyable. They complete vocabulary and comprehension exercises and define useful expressions from context. The lesson includes two options for the final activity: a drawing activity (transforming text into pictures) and discussion questions.
