Every year on November 19, World Toilet Day is observed. This day is about inspiring people to address the global sanitation crisis. According to UNICEF and WHO, approximately 60% of the global population, or approximately 4.5 billion people, do not have toilets at home.

In this elementary+ lesson plan, students learn and use vocabulary connected with the bathroom. Exercises cover bathroom objects and phrases for common bathroom activities. At the end of the lesson, there is a speaking activity to practice the target vocabulary.
