AUDIO/VIDEO TRANSCRIPT

Woman: US-based space technology start-up Orion Span wants to build the world’s first luxury hotel in space.
Man: It’s going to be a modular space station and it will have its first guests by 2022. The stay, however, does not come cheap. A 12-day adventure will set you back nearly ten million dollars per person.
Woman: Guests will undergo three months of astronaut training before traveling to the station. Two crew members and up to four visitors at a time will experience zero gravity 200 miles above Earth.
Man: Orion Span has already started taking reservations. If you want to book one of those, set aside $80,000 for the privilege.
Woman: Guests will see over a dozen sunrises and sunsets every 24 hours, experiment with growing their own food, and video chat with loved ones on Earth.
