A: “Can I take your order?”
B: “Yeah, I’ll have two big hamburgers and a medium soda.”
A: “With just a dollar extra you can upgrade to the jumbo size.”
B: “Okay, sure, why not?”
A: “You want fries with that?”
B: “Okay, sure, why not?”
A: “With a dollar extra you can upgrade the size on that as well.”
B: “Okay, sure, why not? Everything else is jumbo, why skimp out now?”
A: “Yeah, might as well. It’s just a dollar extra, too. For here or to go?”
B: “Uh… For here.”
A: “Okay, your total is $6.25.”
B: “Here’s a ten.”
A: “Then $3.75 is your change. Your order will be ready in just a second.”
