I’ve been working with Mike for around six months and to be honest he drives me crazy. I’m not a fan of the way he talks to me, and I really wish our managers would talk some sense into him. For me the major problem is that even though in terms of position we are at the same level he constantly talks down to me, and most of what he says is completely out of turn. Also, when I try to share my opinion with Mike he becomes completely disengaged, and it feels like I am talking to a brick wall. On the rare occasion that he does listen to me, he becomes passive-aggressive and just mutters something under his breath. The final straw was when we all went out for drinks last week and Mike cornered me and persisted in talking shop all night.
