Dialogue ONE
Iris’s mom: Welcome to our apartment. We are so happy that you are here.
Theo’s mom: Hello. Thank you so much.
Theo: Hi Iris. How are you?
Iris: I’m fine, thanks. Come and see my bedroom.
Theo: OK! I want to play some games.

Theo: OK. In my bedroom there’s one closet.

Theo: Is it under your bed?
Iris: No, it isn’t. I can’t see it.

Dialogue FOUR
Iris’s mom: Is everything OK?
Iris: Yes, Mom! We’re playing a board game.
Theo: I can’t see the game in your closet.
Iris: It isn’t in my closet. Let’s look in my desk and dresser.
Theo: OK.

Dialogue FIVE
Theo: Iris! It isn’t in your desk.
Iris: I’m looking in the dresser… It isn’t here!

Theo: Umm ...Look, Iris! There’s your toy box.
Iris: Yees! Let’s look in my toy box.

Dialogue SEVEN
Iris’s mom: Iris! Your room is a mess! What is going on?
Iris: I’m sorry. We’re looking for my board game.
Theo: I’m sorry too. We can’t find it in her bedroom.
Iris’s mom: It’s a toy. You put your toys away in your toy box.
Iris: It’s here!
Theo: Yeah!
Iris: We can play now.
Iris’s mom: No! First, you need to clean your room up.

Dialogue EIGHT
Iris: Let’s tidy up quickly.
Theo: Yes! Then we can play the game.
Theo: I’m putting the books away.
Iris: I’m hanging up my clothes in the closet. My room is almost clean.
Theo: Phew!

Dialogue NINE
Iris: Do you like this game?
Theo: Yes, I do. It’s really fun!
Theo’s mom: Come on, Theo! It’s time to go home.
Iris: Bye, Theo!
Theo: Bye, Iris. And remember! The game is in your toy box!

My Home Song

Iris:

My apartment is ace, and this is my room
It’s my cool space and my bedroom
Come on! Come on! Learn about my room
Which words do you know? Now look around slow
There is my big bed where I rest my head
My room is tidy... coz I care my white closet is spare and my bedside table is there

Theo:
Come into my house to see my cool bedroom
It’s my chill space and my blue room
Come on! Come on! Learn about my room
Which words can you guess? Look around to guess
There’s my chair and desk where I study for tests
There are some long drawers, yeah! And for my dinosaurs in my toy box on the floor!
Come into my house, come into my house!
